Cold cuts and cold meats that you buy to make sandwiches can quickly become a sodium trap. The cold cuts are often salted and preserved with salt to last longer. A portion of some cold cuts may contain about 600 milligrams of sodium or more. When you add the two slices of bread, cheese, condiments,     and pickles, a simple sandwich is no longer so innocent.

Packed poultry
Poultry is injected with salt water. A lot of salt is dangerous to health, worse than that and what you do not know, the majority of prepackaged poultry undergoes a process that is pretty horrifying. The salt water is injected directly into the chicken to keep it juicy and chubby and that is to increase the weight of the chicken and to be able to charge it at a price that is not worth it.

Frozen Pizza

It’s an easy dinner and good no? All you have to do is turn on your oven at 425 degrees, and do it until the cheese starts to melt
The bad news is: The combination of cheese, charcuterie, tomato sauce brings lots of calories. What’s worse is that manufacturers add a lot of salt to preserve all that flavor in the freezer. A portion of frozen pizza may contain up to 1,000 milligrams of sodium.

The essential ingredient of ice cream is cellulose, a substance found in wood pulp and cotton. It is also present in corn naturally.
One of its recently discovered forms is used as a filler in biological polymers because of its useful thermal and mechanical properties. Pulp-based cellulose is used in paper, cardboard, textiles, building insulation and as an inactive load in medicines.

Canned Tomato Products
Canned tomato sauce and canned tomato juice are both loaded with sodium. One cup of tomato juice contains 680 milligrams of sodium, while one serving of spaghetti with meat sauce contains 1,300 milligrams of sodium.

Prepacked Noodles
A package of generic ramen noodles contains 14 grams of fat and a whopping 1580 mg of sodium. The tiny flavor pack that accompanies it is the main culprit, containing most of the sodium.
